We might also calculate and process data related to the type of apps installed on a mobile device, such as the name of the app, an app description and the category it belongs to.     • Invitation Service. We may offer an invitation service to tell a friend about the Services. In such case, we may ask you for your friend’s email address or any other information needed to send the invitation and we may also ask you to invite a friend via third party services such as Facebook or Twitter. By providing email addresses of non-users, you represent that you have the right to do so and that such information may also be provided to the third party service that you have designated to contact the non-user.  We store and use this information to send this invitation, to register a friend if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our invitation service. Your friend may contact us at to request that we remove this information from our database.
    • Location Information.  If you choose to enable location-based services, we may collect your location based on information provided by you or your mobile device, including, if available, GPS, IP address or cell tower information. 
    • Third Party Information. We may receive information about you from third parties (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.) (“Third Party Sites”), in accordance with the policies and terms of such Third Party Sites. This Policy governs any information we have and combine with information from Third Party Sites.
    • Anonymous Data. “Anonymous Data” means data that is not associated with or linked to your personal data; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data.

Personal Information that you post to public areas of the Services or via your profile is not considered personal information and therefore, may become publicly available. For example, information you post in your profile or in client ratings, peer endorsements, Q&A forum, or any other interactive areas may be made publicly available and can potentially be viewed by anyone. Your posting automatically constitutes consent to share such information publicly, and you should assume that such information will be widely disseminated, including via search engines and other tools to locate information online (e.g., internet archive).

In addition, lawyers may change certain information contained in their profile by claiming their profile and editing the information contained therein. For example, we may retain and continue to display any information you provided in connection with a question, answer, endorsement or client review.


    You may, at any time, decline to share your personal information with us, in which case you will not be able to access some of the features and functionality found in the Services.
